Scholarships and Awards

CPAEF is proud to support BC's high school and post-secondary students, CPA candidates and members, and BC's educators with various funding opportunities, including scholarships, bursaries and research grants.

Note that you must be a resident of British Columbia to be eligible for funding by the CPAEF. Please see individual funding opportunities below for additional eligibility criteria.

Application Deadlines

Date Award Amount
February 28 CPA Education Foundation Speaker Series for post-secondary institutions Up to $2,500 per institution
May 15 Post-Secondary Institution Student Bursary Up to $3,000 per year
May 15 Multiple bursaries for students taking CPA preparatory courses or candidates in the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) $500 - $3,000 each
May 15 CPABC Master's Degree Bursary for CPABC members who intend to teach in academia Up to $5,000
August 15 CPA Education Foundation Speaker Series for post-secondary institutions Up to $2,500 per institution
October 31 PD Pass for Academic Members $900 value
November 15 Post-Secondary Institution Student Bursary Up to $3,000 per year
November 15 Multiple bursaries for students taking CPA preparatory courses or candidates in the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP) $500 - $3,000 each
