VANCOUVER, July 4, 2023 – The Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC) held its eighth Annual General Meeting on June 21, 2023 and announced its Board of Directors for fiscal year 2023/2024. CPABC’s Board of Directors manages and directs CPABC pursuant to the Act and Bylaws.
CPABC is pleased to announce Christopher Gimpel, CPA, CA has been elected as Chair of the CPABC Board of Directors and is joined by Peter Guo, CPA, CA, 1st Vice-Chair; J. Alain LeFebvre, FCPA, FCA, 2nd Vice-Chair; and Alexander (Sandy) Stedman, FCPA, FCA, Treasurer on the Governance Committee.
