  • As audit committee chair and lead director of Goldcorp Inc (2006-19), oversaw its significant growth to a world-class gold producer, setting new industry-leading standards for corporate social responsibility.
     
  • Gives back extensively in her community as a mentor and board member of numerous not-for-profits including Boys and Girls Clubs, VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, UBC Sauder, and Forum for Women Entrepreneurs.
