  • As president and COO of Coast Appliances (2021-24), guided the organization through COVID, enabling it to capitalize on a boom in product demand and achieve record sales; also led data-focused initiatives to optimize customer service. 
     
  • While CFO for Arrow Transportation Systems (2011-20), led a rapid growth strategy and diversification of the business. 
     
  • A volunteer with Easter Seals BC and Yukon for 18-plus years, raised more than $150,000 towards programs and services for individuals with disabilities to foster self-esteem, confidence, and independence. 

Archie is a dedicated and skilled leader who has grown revenues and built high-performing teams at some of BC’s most respected businesses. Prior to his current position as CEO of Windsor Plywood, he served as both operational COO and president of Coast Appliances. At Coast Appliances, he led data-focused initiatives to both optimize customer service and capitalize on the boom in product demand, achieving record sales in the process.

Throughout his career, Archie has consistently spearheaded investments in people development. As CFO of Arrow Transportation Systems (2011- 2020), for example, he fostered a collaborative team culture to enable rapid growth and diversification. He has also held executive positions at Golden Boy Foods, FPI Fireplace Products International, and Epic Data.

Active in governance as well, Archie has volunteered with CPABC for five years, focusing on professional standards. He is also deeply committed to community service, and his adventurous and generous spirit is exemplified in his multi-year participation in the Easter Seals Drop Zone® fundraising challenge, where he dons a superhero costume and rappels down 20-storey buildings. So far, Archie has personally raised more than $150,000 for Easter Seals to support programs and services for individuals with disabilities.
