  • Oversaw the merging of two practices into MNP, and in the process created seamless transitions, aligned systems, merged databases, and reconciled operational workflows.

A partner in the real estate and construction practice of MNP’s Quesnel office since 2024, Kaleb is recognized as a forward-thinking leader and strategic innovator.

Tasked with starting the Quesnel MNP office in 2021—just four years after earning his CPA designation—Kaleb had to establish new business practices, onboard employees, and build new client relationships. And when the office subsequently merged with a second practice, he led a seamless transition to align systems and reconcile operational workflows, all while continuing to deliver exceptional services to clients.

Kaleb also applies his innovative thinking to his local community. He played a pivotal role in the regional rollout of the Canada Digital Adoption Program grant, which enables businesses to embrace new technologies and contribute to a more dynamic and resilient local economy. In addition, as a board director at Community Futures North Cariboo, a small business centre focused on developing a sustainable and diversified economy in the region, Kaleb served on both the hiring committee for a new executive director and on the executive team during a period of turnover to provide consistency and forward-looking strategic guidance.
