George Jecminek, CPA

Just four years after achieving his CPA designation in 2020, George was promoted to the position of partner in MNP’s Maple Ridge office in recognition of his exceptional financial expertise and leadership. He has directly contributed to the growth of the firm, bringing in new clients from diverse industries, including manufacturing, real estate and construction, and health care.

In particular, George has significantly expanded MNP’s Indigenous services offerings, providing strategic business insight and comprehensive business advisory support to First Nations clients on large and complex audit files. He is also deeply involved in training staff, building their capacity to use data-driven insights to help clients achieve their objectives.

Outside of work, George—one of the top men’s tennis players in BC in the mid-2010s and a world tour player from 2012-2018—continues to share his love for the game while giving back to the community. This includes organizing free tennis sessions for junior players and participating in charity exhibition matches. He also supports charitable organizations such as Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon through a variety of other events.

“George’s ability to build new business and lead teams with charisma and vision have been instrumental in expanding MNP’s presence.”
