Matters that have been resolved through an agreed settlement process with the Investigation Committee are usually confidential between CPABC and the member. However, for member education purposes, redacted summaries (with identifying information removed) are summarized here for all complaints received on or before March 31, 2017.
CPABC publishes the name of the member when it is considered necessary for public protection. These include serious breaches of professional conduct standards, or repeat instances of significant misconduct.
