Profiles and Publications
Today, CPAs throughout the province are helping to write the next chapter in the greater story of the accounting profession in BC. And, like any epic tale, this one has all the key elements.
It has remarkable characters, including members and leaders from all three legacy bodies. These are visionaries who have worked hard to build businesses, polish personal reputations, and define a profession. The story has a great plot, one that features professionals meeting the global challenges in their industry and setting themselves up for a brighter future. Finally, it has a unique setting, particularly since BC has always been a leader in the profession at the national level. Like the province it inhabits, BC's accounting profession is dynamic, keen for trade, and ready for a greater role on the international stage.
The CPABC story—and the prologues written by the legacy bodies—has been well-chronicled in the pages of its magazines and in the stories of its members. We invite you to read about some of the characters who have played a part in this story and to peruse the pages of the publications that have served to share it among all members.
In order to comply with web accessibility, we have remove archived legacy publications from this website. To view an archived publication, please contact the CPABC web team.
We also look forward to seeing how each of you contribute to our story in the future.
