Kamloops/Cariboo Chapter Presents: Business Spotlight - A Closer Look at The Kamloops Airport Event Recap

On May 13, CPA members of the Kamloops/Cariboo Chapter gathered at Match Eatery and Public House to attend the first Business Spotlight event featuring the Kamloops Airport. This event provided an opportunity for the attendees to gain valuable insights from the Chapter’s local businesses while making connections in the community.

The Business Spotlight started off with the Chapter’s Chair, Mackenzie Kanigan, welcoming the members. There were new faces in the crowd and some that have attended the previous events. It is always a pleasure seeing the growing numbers of members connecting with the Chapter!

The event provided some time for members to connect and engage in conversations while enjoying delicious appetizers and drinks.

The Chapter had the pleasure of having a distinguished guest speaker, Mr. Ed Ratuski, the Managing Director of the Kamloops Airport, who delivered a very insightful speech and talked about some fascinating statistics and updates on the Kamloops Airport. The members had an opportunity to ask questions and Mr. Ratuski had graciously answered all of them. Following this was a trivia portion where a few members won some much coveted CPA swag prizes!

Over-all, the first business spotlight event was a resounding success! The Kamloops/Cariboo Chapter would like to thank all the members who attended, the board and all volunteers who made this event possible.
