Evie Lin
UBCEvie is a fifth-year UBC Accounting Co-op student committed to pursuing her CPA designation after graduation. Looking back, she recalls initial challenges and doubts about her path in business. Over the years, with the guidance of supportive accounting professionals, Evie has grown personally and professionally. She gained valuable experience through co-op roles and part-time work as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant. Because of her experiences, she is now passionate about giving back to the community and connecting with more professionals to learn from their experiences. In her free time, she loves being active and surrounded by friends but if you have to sum it up, she is a “Vancouverite” as you can find her grabbing a cup of coffee from a local café and heading out for a hike in the summer or a ski trip in the winter.
