On February 8, 2023, CPABC’s Student Recruitment Team hosted the third annual Discover CPA event, in person at the CPABC office and virtually through Zoom. This hybrid event was offered primarily for those who do not have a business background, but may be interested in becoming a CPA. Featuring a panel of CPAs who did not study business prior to pursuing their CPA path, Discover CPA offered attendees the opportunity to receive an overview of the CPA profession and get a chance to network with the panelists following the moderated panel discussion.
