This free information session will explain the admission pathways for newcomers and international students in BC, the structure of the CPA program, how to start your pathway in becoming a CPA, permit requirements when enrolled in the CPA program, and employment opportunities in the accounting sector.
We will also address some of the temporary public policy changes regarding study and work permits made by the Government of Canada (IRCC). Many temporary residents enrolled in the CPA program have long term goals to obtain permanent resident (PR) status in Canada.
